Booking terms and conditions

Thank you for your interest in Stick Cottage. If you would like to book your holiday at Stick Cottage, Anglesey, please email or telephone us with your requirements. We will then email you a booking form, which we ask you to return with a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking. The balance is due 14 days before the start of the holiday. For bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the holiday, full payment is required.

Payments should be made by credit/debit card via PayPal or by online bank transfer. Cancellation within 14 days of the start of the holiday will be charged in full. Cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the holiday will forfeit the deposit. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation fees.

The property should normally be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time (usually after 3pm).

We ask that you take care of the property during your stay at Stick Cottage, and leave it clean and tidy on departure. Please let us know if anything is damaged or faulty on arrival, or breaks during your stay, so that we can rectify it as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions, equipment or vehicles during your stay.

The house and grounds of Stick Cottage are non-smoking areas.
